The treatment is only half the journey.
You do not need to know a surgeon in Thailand. Finding the right one is our work. We match a named, vetted specialist to your case, you meet them by video before you commit, and we arrange everything around them: the stay, the recovery, the aftercare. Our network is deliberately small: internationally accredited hospitals, Bumrungrad International among them, and the named specialists within them.
The medicine at Thailand's internationally accredited hospitals is not in question. Everything around it is harder to find. Honest guidance before anything is decided. A single point of responsibility across treatment, travel and stay. Recovery that is looked after, not left to chance. And someone who answers the phone a year later.
Most facilitators arrange the trip. We take responsibility for the journey.
Care begins long before treatment, and continues long after.
Every client moves through the same five stages, none of them rushed.

We talk
A confidential conversation, by video or in person. You tell us what you want. We tell you, honestly, whether we can help.
We screen
Screening and bloodwork arranged near your home, so nothing is booked before we know it is right.
We match
We search our network and match a named specialist to your case: their training, their record, their experience with your procedure. You meet them by video, and if you are not confident, we re-match.
We host
A private suite, transfers, treatment and rest, with nothing else in the diary. Your only task is to recover.
You return
Your records prepared for your own physician. Reviews scheduled into the calendar. A team that still answers.
Recovery does not end at the airport. Before you leave Bangkok, your complete clinical record is prepared in English for your own physician: operative notes, imaging and prescriptions. Your review calls are already arranged, and if your doctor at home has questions, they speak to your surgeon through us, usually within a day. Months later, when a small question surfaces, you call the same person who met your flight.
Six areas of focus. One standard for all of them.
In each field, a named specialist and a vetted provider, or we decline the case.

A standard the world flies in for.
Three reasons, and none of them is price. Hospitals built around international patients, with internationally trained specialists whose credentials you see before you commit. Treatment arranged in weeks, not the waiting lists common at home, and never hurried. And a culture of hospitality that makes serious care feel humane. The saving is a side effect, not the pitch.
We do not hand you a brochure of hospitals. We hand you a match.
Our network is kept small. Every provider in it is assessed on reputation, patient safety and aftercare before a single client is introduced, and we match the right one to your case rather than the most convenient. Then we stand between you and every party, so you only ever deal with us.
None of it is asked of your trust alone. For any specialist we propose, you see the hospital's accreditation, the licensing that covers your treatment, and the specialist's own training and record, before you decide anything.

Independent providers within our coordination network. The right one for your case is proposed during your consultation, and we will show you a partner's accreditation and licensing before you decide.
We design journeys, not packages.
Each plan is built around the procedure, the timeline, the family, and what success looks like for that client. Three illustrative journeys below, none identical. No client is named or identified. Details are altered; the shape of the care is not.
The solo travellerUnited Kingdom
A client who wanted to travel alone and recover privately. We matched a named facial specialist, arranged screening through their home GP, and a video consultation before the flight. Riverside recovery, then a wellness retreat, with daily check-ins from a dedicated concierge.
A private suite, a female support team, no photography, an off-grid recovery setting.
Home in fourteen days, healed on schedule, records handed to her own GP.
The familyGermany
A client who needed mobility back for a family occasion, travelling with relatives. A separate villa, a German-speaking concierge, activities for the family across three weeks. Robotic-assisted technique, regenerative therapy in recovery, and a direct line to the surgeon throughout.
Family-first logistics, and a recovery paced towards a family occasion at home.
Walking unaided at the occasion that started it all.
The longevity clientSweden
A client who came for a full reset rather than one procedure. A complete screening at home, then a programme built around their biology: longevity protocols, recovery optimisation, and a single elective procedure midway. A personal chef, and a long-term follow-up plan.
Longevity led the plan, the procedure was secondary, every protocol tied to their own results.
A twelve-month protocol they follow at home, reviewed remotely each quarter.
Not a booking desk.
We are not a booking desk handing you a hospital's price. After your consultation we shape a plan to your case, the procedure, the recovery, the family, the things that matter to you, and we recommend the specialists, residences and considered add-ons that genuinely serve it. As your needs change, the plan adapts. You always see what each part costs, and nothing is added without your say.
By application · We would rather serve few, and serve them completely.

No public client lists. No before and afters. No story told at anyone else's expense.
Named to no one
Your enquiry, your diagnosis and your plans are known to a small team, and shared with no one without your consent. Nothing is indexed, sold or used to advertise.
A deliberately small list
We accept a limited number of clients each year.
Arrival without a trace
Private transfer, a private residence rather than a hospital ward when clinically safe, and a schedule that belongs to you alone.
The Discerning Traveller's Guide to Longevity in Bangkok
A short private guide for those quietly considering a longevity programme or treatment in Thailand: why Bangkok, what a journey involves, the honest picture on stem cell treatment, and the five questions to ask anyone before you trust them. Sent by email, in confidence.
The things people ask.
Straight answers, in plain language. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will tell you honestly.
Bangkok's leading private hospitals were built around international patients: English-speaking care teams, international accreditation you can inspect, and specialists whose training and record are shown to you, not merely claimed. We work only with providers we have vetted ourselves, and with a named specialist within them, never a nameless package. Before you decide, you see the hospital's accreditation and your specialist's credentials for yourself.
Before you commit, you understand exactly who will treat you: their training, their record, their approach, and a video consultation with that specialist. If you are not confident, we re-match.
Before anything is booked, you will know the complication protocol for your procedure: who acts, where you would be treated, and how revisions are handled — including what the hospital covers and what it does not. Complication cover can be arranged as part of your plan. And you are never left to negotiate with a hospital alone; that is what we are for.
Yes, with the right timing. Your specialist clears you when it is medically safe, and your concierge arranges the return only after that clearance.
Yes. We arrange family accommodation, assistance and activities, so your companions are cared for while you focus on healing. Many of our clients travel as a family.
Recovery support and long-term follow-up continue after you return, with your records prepared for your home physician. The journey does not end at the airport.
Discerning international clients seeking guidance, optimisation and lasting outcomes, not simply a procedure. Membership is by application, and our network is intentionally selective.
A confidential consultation, no commitment. We discuss your goals and tell you honestly whether we can help. We respond within forty-eight hours.
Your complete record travels home with you: operative notes, imaging and prescriptions, in English, prepared for your own physician. Review calls are scheduled into the months that follow, and your concierge remains your single point of contact. If your doctor has questions, we put them in front of your surgeon.
There is no price list, because there is no package. Your quote depends on what you want from the visit: the procedure, the specialist, the residence and the length of your stay. So everything is quoted individually, in writing, before you decide: one itemised figure covering treatment, stay, transfers and aftercare, with nothing added without your agreement. The consultation that produces it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. And if you have a budget in mind, tell us; we will say honestly what it can and cannot do.
Our fee is a service charge, stated in your written quote. Like most travel concierges, we also receive commissions from some of the hotels and hospitals we work with. Your total is agreed in writing before you decide, and nothing is added without your agreement.
Your enquiry is read by a small team. Nothing is shared with any hospital or clinic until you approve it, nothing you tell us is used for advertising, and if you choose not to proceed, your enquiry is deleted on request. The full detail is set out on our privacy page.
Not as the phrase is usually meant. There is no package, no brochure price and no schedule to fit. A named specialist is matched to your case, you meet them by video before committing, and recovery takes the time it takes. The saving against private care in Europe is real, but it is a side effect, not the pitch.
Yes. Sometimes the honest advice is to be treated at home: when continuity with an existing care team matters more than anything else, when travel itself carries risk, or when no licensed, established treatment exists for your condition abroad. We say so at the first call, without charge and without pressure.
Our clients' privacy is not negotiable, so we never volunteer names. With their consent, discreet references can sometimes be arranged.
People, not a pipeline.
Two people read what you send. No call centre, no intake team.

People were arranging serious medicine over email, with strangers, in a country they had never visited. We thought that deserved better. So we stay small on purpose. We know every client by name, we sit in on the consultations that matter, and if we are not certain we can look after you properly, we say so at the first call. That is the whole philosophy. Everything else on this page is just how we practise it.

It begins with a conversation.
A confidential consultation, with no commitment on either side. Every application is read personally and answered within forty-eight hours, and you will see one itemised written quote before anything is decided.
