What happens if something goes wrong?

Before anything is booked, you will know the complication protocol for your procedure: who acts, where you would be treated, and how revisions are handled — including what the hospital covers and what it does not. Complication cover can be arranged as part of your plan. And you are never left to negotiate with a hospital alone; that is what we are for.

Yes, with the right timing. Your specialist clears you when it is medically safe, and your concierge arranges the return only after that clearance.

We also hold partner agreements with the hospitals and residences we work with, as most concierges do. What matters is the order of operations: your case is matched to a provider against our standard first; the commercial terms never choose your specialist.

I live in Europe. What does aftercare look like once I am home?

Your complete record travels home with you: operative notes, imaging and prescriptions, in English, prepared for your own physician. Review calls are scheduled into the months that follow, and your concierge remains your single point of contact. If your doctor has questions, we put them in front of your surgeon.
